Hi, I'm Angie.

Author · Mother · First-time mom who did it

I am a proud mommy to my precious baby girl Capri Luna. I became pregnant for the first time in 2025. From the moment I found out I was expecting, I knew I wanted an unmedicated natural birth more than anything, but the fear was very real.

I dedicated my entire pregnancy to preparing myself mentally, physically, spiritiually and emotionally. I read countless books, took courses, attended in-person birth classes, practiced daily rituals, visualized my birth, prayed, and learned everything I possibly could about bringing my baby into the world naturally with no medications or interventions.

On February 6, 2026, after eleven hours of unmedicated labor, my daughter was born naturally in a birth pool. Walking out of that room, I felt like the strongest and most powerful version of myself I had ever known.

I wrote this e-book because I never wanted another mother to spend countless hours searching for the guidance, reassurance, and preparation I was looking for. This is the resource I wish I had from the very beginning. I hope that everything I’ve shared will be just as valuable to you as it was for me.

Everything I used,
body, mind, and faith.

This e-book is not just about what it physically takes to give birth. It also covers the real tools I used, the mindset work that carried me through, the visualizations I practiced every single day, and the faith that held me together when the intensity peaked. Everything I practiced led me to having the dream birth I always envisioned.

The tools, physical and beyond

The sunglasses trick, the baoding ball, why you should smile during labor, the breath work rituals, affirmations, visualizations, and faith practices I returned to every single day. All of it, explained in full in the e-book.

When birth doesn't go to plan

The chapter most birth books skip. If labor stalls, induction is suggested, or birth becomes a cesarean, your preparation is not wasted. You are not a failure. I’ve shared tools and insights on what will serve you best.

How I prepared for birth

Even before I found out I was pregnant, I was already preparing. What labor preparation looks like, dates, okra water, raspberry leaf tea, buccal massage, and more. My exact protocol, with timing, dosage, and the research behind every item. Labor prep should not be left for the last few weeks, it’s something you need to be doing the entire pregnancy.

Your bonuses, ready to use

A customizable birth plan, a week-by-week birth prep checklist, and a set of illustrated visual guides you can print, save, and refer back to throughout your pregnancy and on birth day for your labor.

“I walked out of that birth room feeling like the most powerful version of myself I have ever known. It’s a feeling I wish every expecting mother could feel. I created this e-book so that every mother could find all of the tools they need in one place and to help mother’s bring their dream natural births to reality just like I did. I truly believe you can do this. This e-book was written to prepare you, not just with tools, but with the belief that you are capable of everything that comes your way as embark on one of life’s most rewarding journeys.”
